What is MOC?
MOC stands for Ministry Of Clothing. We are a local Singapore-based company established in 2008. At Ministry Of Clothing, we’re all working towards the same goal: to help you find the products you’re looking for and to ensure you receive the best customer service possible. So whether you’re on our website or Flagship store, your shopping experience with Ministry of clothing will be the highlight of your day.
Do sales take place only online or at physical location?
Both! Customers can shop online & also on our physical stores.

An item that I want is sold out. Will it ever become available again?
We constantly try our best to restock certain designs. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will restock items that have been sold out. So, don’t hesitate and purchase what you covet!
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all credit/debit cards. Alternatively, our customers can opt to pay via PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?
No, you can opt to pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account.
When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options:
(1) Pay using credit card (shown on the left side of page), and
(2) Log in to PayPal account.

Which credit/debit cards do you accept for payment via PayPal?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover.
SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
For shipping around Singapore, We have Free Shipping when you spend above $50. If you spend less than $50, there’ll be a surcharge of $5 for registered shipping.
For shipping for the rest of the world, it goes by weight and our system will auto-calculate how much it takes to ship to you.
How many days will shipping take?
We aim to deliver your purchase in 3-5 business days.
When do you deliver?
- 11am to 6pm
- 7pm to 9 pm
Do I need to sign for my order?
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from MOC to your shipping address and will thus require a signature upon receipt. This is only applicable for orders consisting of more than 2 items. For orders consisting 2 orders or less, you can usually find it on your letter box depending on the item size. E.g. two t-shirts could fit it your letterbox but two jeans will need to be sent to your doorstep.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address. Please do contact us if you’re unsure about when your product will arrive to your doorstep.
ORDERS
How can I change my order after it has been placed?
As we work so quickly to process and ship your order, we regret that it is not possible for us to change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. You may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you process your order and payment, make a quick check to ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction.
Can I cancel an order?
Once we receive your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. We regret that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
PACKAGING
How will items be packaged?
Our items will be packaged for you in a SMARTPAC. SMARTPAC guarantees the integrity of our products.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is our Return Policy?
Our policy only does exchanges and no refunds.Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
